RAVENOL High Fuel Economy HFE SAE 5W-16

The medium-sized German lubricant producer RAVENSBERGER SCHMIERSTOFFVERTRIEB GMBH in Werther/ Westphalia, Germany has now developed and launched a further, low-viscous engine oil with CleanSynto® technology. This new product is the innovative RAVENOL High Fuel Economy HFE SAE 5W-16.

The innovative selection of additives for this advanced, low-viscosity lubricant with the proven technology of tri-nuclear molybdenum and OFM (Organic Friction Modifiers) equips RAVENOL High Fuel Economy HFE SAE 5W-16 with properties that have a demonstrably positive effect in particular on enhanced fuel saving and the engine's service life. RAVENOL High Fuel Economy HFE SAE 5W-16 contributes to protecting the environment by reducing emissions and saving fuel.

RAVENOL High Fuel Economy HFE SAE 5W-16 is a high-performance, low-viscosity engine oil and as such is suitable for demanding engines. This fully synthetic, low-viscosity engine oil with the specification API SN is recommended for modern automobile petrol engines and hybrid vehicles under all running conditions, if the engine manufacturer specifies a low-viscosity oil with the viscosity class 5W-16.

RAVENOL High Fuel Economy HFE SAE 5W-16 is likewise based on the meanwhile extremely well proven technology of tri-nuclear molybdenum and OFM (Organic Friction Modifiers), which was first used in the RAVENOL Extra Fuel Economy EFE SAE 0W-16. Already at the end of 2014 the Ravensberger Schmierstoffvertrieb GmbH was the first company to bring a product to the market with the specification API SN and the viscosity SAE 0W-16 and so positioned itself once more as lubricant producer that points the way in a new era of advanced engine oil technology. RAVENOL Extra Fuel Economy EFE SAE 0W-16 in the new "Low Viscosity" generation is the first engine oil worldwide with the specification class "SN" to be licenced and approved by the American Petroleum Institute (API) domiciled in Washington D.C.
